I’m a qualified personal trainer with a Cert III in Fitness and Cert IV in Personal Training, and I work with everyone from absolute beginners to those getting back on track after time off. Whether we’re lifting weights or rolling through Pilates-based movement, my goal is to make training effective, tailored to you, and—dare I say—fun.
