Back Into Action (formerly Watsonia Osteopathic Clinic) was established in 1999 by Dr. Matthew Henderson. After graduating in 1991 from Phillip Institute of Technology (now RMIT), Matthew spent eight years practising in Sydney before returning to Melbourne to begin his own practice.
Matt comes from a hockey background and is now a weekend warrior golfer and cyclist. Being a parent of two sports crazy children, Matthew has a solid foundation in osteopathy for the whole family.
In 2002 Matthew continued his education and completed a Grad.Dip ANIMAL CHIROPRACTIC and also treats dogs and horses for musculo-skeletal related conditions. Matthew also incorporates dry needling and cupping into his osteopathic approach when indicated.
Dr. Ashlie Barnes- Osteopath
Ashlie graduated from RMIT University in 2011. She is a keen netballer, runner and sporting enthusiast who has umpired and played netball at a high standard. This has allowed Ashlie to apply her osteopathic knowledge in treating and aiding in the recovery of injured athletes.
Ashlie believes in incorporating all osteopathic principles into her treatment plan to help her clients achieve quality range of motion, decreased pain and improved function of the body.
Dr. Jacinta Sirisutcharittham - Osteopath
Jacinta first discovered osteopathy through observing her father receiving regular treatments and became intrigued with how the osteopathic principles can be used to help with pain management and how it may help people's lifestyles.
She graduated at RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in 2012 and a Masters of Osteopathy degree in 2014 and is now registered with AHPRA.
She enjoys attending body balance classes and painting in her spare time.
Jacinta is proud of seeing the positive effects that osteopathy can have on patients and wishes to continue helping people to the best of her ability.

Michele has always believed in total body wellbeing. She is a regular face at the clinic which has provided her with the passion to encourage people to be active and mobile. As a result she has completed her personal training certificate and now works as a qualified independant trainer.
Michele is motivated and dedicated to providing her clients with an energising, fun, practical and safe exercising experience.
Back Into Action Osteopathic Group is open six days a week, with after hour times available. BIA offers a range of natural therapies including osteopathy, dry needling, podiatry, personal training and animal chiropractic.
